"Correct!" yelled Mr. Oldcorn.

"The capital is Ottawa?" asked an American boy.

"Yes it is!" said Mr. O.

Marissa is the smartest in her eighth grade class. Candace is on the other end of the list; she is good at everything but history and stuff about the world.

"Meaghan... Meaghan... Are you listening to me?"

" Yes Yes I am, sorry."

"Where are polar bears found in Manitoba?" Mr. O asked.

"Uhhh ummm..... Churchhill?" she stuttered.

"Yoo CORRECT!!!" Mr. O bellered!

"Yess!!" Meaghan shreeked!

Turns out Marissa and Meaghan tied.They didn't have time to break the tie, so they shared the money!

Candace was off to her boyfriend Marc's house, and Marissa was off to her boyfriend Kyle's house so Meaghan went to read books to the elderly people at the Sherwood.
