The Little StoreI found the perfect gift for him! I blue gaming system, for only $29.95! I thought that it was a great deal. When I got to Jim's part of the city, I saw a little store that had "The newest clothing in town.... Sold Here!" sign. So I decided to go in and take a look around.
When I walked in the clerk lady walked up to me and said "Hi there welcome to CnR's clothing store, can I help you with anything in particular?" "Sure" I said " Can you help me find something that is in the brand Hurley" "Of course I can she replied, right over there." She pointed to the hall-way that lead to the back of the store. When I walked back there I seen the coolest shirt ever, and I knew that Jim had to have it!
When I took the shirt to the clerk she gave it to me half off. I ran to Jim's house, extremely proud of myself, I knocked on the door and walked in. Jin came over to me and asked where I got the shirt. I said the CnR's clothing store. He threw it at me and grabbed the gaming system out of my hands and walked away.
I had no idea what I had done wrong, but I knew that there must be something wrong with the store. I took the shirt back the next day and got my money back.I walked to the little store that Jim wanted me to shop at and asked the lady at the desk what was wrong with the CnR store.
She looked at me with HUGE eyes and told me what was wrong. Turns out, that store is where all the gangs shop, and if you shop there, and you aren't part of their gang they will hunt you down and make you sorry.
I explained to Jim that I had no idea about the store and he forgave me, thankfully. He loved his first gift, and thanked me. It made me feel really good inside!
